Terms and Conditions
In this agreement we are www.bricknells.net the online shop of Bricknells Stationery, 11 Molesworth, Wadebridge, Cornwall, PL27 7DD, and you are the person detailed on the order form. Together with the completed order form, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. Our agreement is made on the date we deduct payment from your credit/debit card, the details of which you provided in the ordering process. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between you and us on these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time, and you are bound by the version displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our terms and conditions.
PLACING AN ORDER
It is possible to place an order by any of the following methods:

All website transactions are processed by Shopify Pay
We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo. We do not accept American Express. All credit/debit cards are subject to validation checks and are authorized by the card issuer. If the payment is refused, we will not be liable for any delay, or non-delivery of your order.
The card security number is a unique three or four digit number on the back of your card (usually located on the signature strip).
We accept payment through debit/credit card, U.K. cheque or cash.
Please make cheques payable to Bricknells Stationery, and enclose the order details and delivery details in the event of a query. Please note that when paying by cheque, the order will only be dispatched when the bank has cleared the cheque.
If you are visiting our shop we would be happy to receive a cash payment.
All orders are supplied subject to availability – a full refund will be given for any item that was paid for in advance that we are unable to supply.
All of the items available for sale are typically stocked within our retail shop. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. If we are unable to dispatch an item within 48 hours we will contact you and provide an alternative delivery date, or an option for you to cancel the order if necessary. Payment will only be taken when the goods have been confirmed as available for dispatch.
There is FREE DELIVERY on all purchases over £30.00 within the U.K.
All goods will be sent via Royal Mail.
For goods under the value of £30.00, there will be a shipping charge of £3.00.

If you have a problem with your order/goods and notify us we will:
Either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace any goods that are damaged or faulty upon delivery; or refund the total amount you paid for the goods in question. Your statutory rights are not affected.
PRICING AND VAT
All prices shown are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT (value added tax) – currently at 20%. We maintain our website regularly and aim to always provide accurate product information, stock availability and correct pricing on all items for sale.
REPRODUCTION AND COPYRIGHT
We will make every effort to ensure that the goods displayed on the website are an accurate depiction of the products – however, there may be colour variations from the picture displayed. Or, the product may no longer be available in the colour shown, and alternative colours will be available/supplied. Please note that our images are supplied direct from our suppliers. (Trademarks are acknowledged.)
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 working days (please note this will be at your own cost). The goods must be in the original condition and packaging. We will refund the cost of the order (to the card upon which the order was originally made) within 5 working days of the products being received by us.
If your order is faulty or has been damaged we will replace the item or provide you with a refund (including the cost of postage) if you notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. The replacement item, or the refund will be dispatched upon receipt of the goods.
Please ask your postage office for a “proof of posting” certificate. This will help you in obtaining compensation from the Royal Mail should your parcel be mislaid/not received by us. We will not exchange or refund any goods that do not reach us. Please return goods to the following address:
